After your purchase, you’ll receive a questionnaire to help us get to know you, your business and your dream brand.

We'll customize your business name, the tagline, primary colors and deliverables to beautifully fit your brand (this step includes one round of revisions).

Delivery
After we finalize your new logo suite and other deliverables, we'll send over all your web & print-ready files in a variety of formats + colors.

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESS?
Once your Brand Questionnaire has been submitted, the entire process takes just 1-2 days. This includes brand design, preview, and revisions.
WHAT CAN BE CUSTOMIZED?
We will customize the colors and replace the text with your business info. Depending on your request and the answers to your questionnaire, sometimes we may also recommend changing one of the fonts.
CAN I CHANGE THE FONT STYLE?
Minor font adjustments to the logo can be made if it is in line with the overall brand personality. If you are looking for something more custom, consider one of my custom design services!
WILL I RECEIVE THE FONTS?
Due to font licensing laws, we can’t share the fonts, but we do tell you what the names of the fonts are so that you can purchase them on your own.
WHAT FILES WILL I RECEIVE?
You will receive a variety of file for both web and print including PNG, JPG, PDF and SVG.
HOW MANY REVISIONS WILL I GET?
Each customization includes one round of revisions. Additional revisions can be billed at $80/hour.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE HOW MY NAME LOOKS IN THE LOGO?
Once you see your mockup, if you really don’t like the way your name looks in the logo, we can work with you to tweak fonts or show you what your name would look like in one of our other designs.
Only one round of revisions is included in the scope of these brands so additional revisions could add an additional fee to your project.
WILL MY BRAND LOOK LIKE SOMEONE ELSE'S?
While these brands are customized specifically for your business, the general idea of the semi-custom brand itself is not exclusive and it is possible that other people will have a similar logo.
These brands were designed to be both fast and affordable. If you’re looking for something no one else has, we recommend working with us to create a completely custom brand!
