HOW IT WORKS
After a quick chat to make sure we're a good fit, you'll sign the contract agreement, pay the 25% retainer and receive your client questionnaire.

Inquiry + onboarding
The in-depth questionnaire will gather all the important details of your business and goals so we can establish a foundation for strategy and/or creative direction.
PHASE TWO
Establish brand foundation
Using the One Concept Method, you will be presented with your entire brand design and the intention behind it all.
PHASE THREE
Brand design presentation
After 3 rounds of refinements, it’s time to launch! You will receive your final files and style guide so you can begin using your new brand identity!

Yes! If you need a rush project, please let me know in advance so I can create a custom quote based on your requirements. If the deadline and complexity of the project permits, a rush fee of 15% will be added.

Yes, absolutely! After our 15 minute consultation call, I will put together a custom proposal for you based on your project needs plus any add ons.
I NEED A WEBSITE WITH MY NEW BRANDING, CAN I COMBINE PACKAGES?
With the One Concept Method, I will deliver one design concept to you after receiving your approval of the creative direction for your brand. The one concept I deliver is a complete brand presentation with your logo suite, color palette, font suggestions, and mockups. From there, we will work through 3 rounds of refinements until we get things just right!
WHAT IS THE ONE CONCEPT METHOD?
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes! I ask for a non-refundable 25% deposit up front to secure your booking, and the remaining payment will be broken into 3 or 4 installments due in full by the project end date.
WHAT DO I NEED TO HAVE READY BEFORE THE PROJECT STARTS?
You should have an idea of who your target audience is, your brand's future goals and your mission as a business. Please also be prepared to explain what makes you different than other brands out there who do what you do. (We will of course work through all this together if you invest in a Brand Strategy package).
CAN YOU JUST DESIGN A LOGO?
I believe a complete brand identity is essential in creating a strong brand. My goal as a design studio is to create a brand that embodies your purpose and mission so you can connect with your audience on a deeper level and build trust in your industry. A stand-alone logo is only a small piece of the puzzle!
