If you decide to move forward with the project, a 30% retainer is required to book your spot on my calendar. After the retainer has been paid, you will receive an in-depth Questionnaire so we can establish your brand foundation and creative direction.

Inquire + Discovery Call
After inquiring through the Contact form, we'll schedule a quick 30-minute discovery call to get to know each other a little bit better and discuss your needs and goals as a business.

Custom Proposal
After our discovery call, I will prepare a custom proposal for you based on what we discussed. You will receive an email within 24 hours to review the scope of the project, pricing and timeline.

Creative Direction
Once you have completed the in-depth questionnaire, I will put together two mood boards to help guide our creative direction, or mirror the aesthetics from your existing brand guidelines.

Design + Revisions
All designs are created by utilizing your unique brand strategy and meticulously referencing the approved creative direction. Once the design mockups are delivered to you, you can provide feedback and we'll apply up to 3 rounds of revisions.

Launch + Celebrate!
After perfecting the design, it's time to launch! You'll receive ownership of all final files associated with the project along with helpful instructions + guidance for how to use your new brand and/or website. Then it's time to happy-dance!
