Gorgeous, high-quality stock images are CRUCIAL to capture the attention of your online audience. But where can you find professional photos to use for free?

Thankfully, I've created a list of my favorite stock photo resources to share with you!

Let's dive in!

Unsplash.com is one of my favorite websites for stock images. They have over a million free, high-resolution photos and a wide variety of photographers with different styles who contribute to the site.

It's completely free to join and download their professional images. Author attribution is encouraged, but not required!

Here are some examples of what you can find on their site:

2. Pexels

Pexels is another great resource for finding really talented photographers and the pro stock images they share for free. In addition to their beautiful photos, you can even find professional videos to use!

If you find a photographer whose style you really enjoy, you can browse through their collections to easily create uniformity for your visuals!

3. Canva

The ever-popular Canva is a website known for it's creative design tools, but they also have a huge library of pro stock photos available. There's a Free and a Pro plan, with Pro offering a better selection. But you can still find plenty of excellent quality images to choose from in the Free version!

Canva also offers the ability to filter your image search by color, which makes it super easy to find photos that perfectly match with your brand or website. On Canva, you'll find plenty of gorgeous free images like the ones I've curated below.

4. FreePik

Freepik offers a lot of great stock images you can use for free. In addition, they are a great place to find free backgrounds, PSD files, vectors, and more!

While you can find great stuff in their free library, signing up for a premium account will give you access to so much more of their amazing content.

Below, I've created a boho collage sample using some high-quality, free images I found on the site!

Last, but certainly not least, is Pixabay. With over 2 million free stock images to choose from, you can easily find what you're looking for!

Similar to Freepik, Pixabay also offers more than just professional, royalty-free photos. You can find a sea of illustrations, videos, vectors, music and sound effects!

You can also browse through your favorite authors to find images with a similar aesthetic. Checkout my example below!
